As we near the wonderful season of fall, our maintenance team is busy working to prep the soil and turf for winter and next season. Our aerification process on greens is completed and turn out in great fashion. The biggest challenge of course, is aerification on fairways. With the current rain that we received, our goal is to push this process later in the season to ensure that proper moisture and root structure is conducive.
Hole #8 is aerified and will remain Rough Only until next week. The team will be spending extra time working by hand to remove the remaining plugs during the next couple of days.
